Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ClearThesis, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ClearThesis (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email before they take effect.

ClearThesis generates AI-powered research reports on publicly traded US companies. Reports are based on data sourced from SEC EDGAR filings, earnings call transcripts, and third-party financial data providers.

ClearThesis is a research and information tool. It is not:

• A registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940
• A broker-dealer
• A financial planner or wealth manager
• A real-time trading platform

Reports reflect data available at the time of generation. Financial markets change rapidly. Report data may be outdated by the time you read it. Always verify critical data points against primary sources (SEC filings, company investor relations pages) before making any investment decision.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClearThesis.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@clearthesis.ai if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

One account per person. You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others.

You may use ClearThesis for personal investment research. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence report content commercially without our written permission
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bulk-download reports
• Use ClearThesis to provide investment advisory services to third parties
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as your own original research to others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the ClearThesis AI system

Sharing individual reports with friends or colleagues for personal discussion is permitted.

Free tier. Free accounts have access to a limited number of reports per month as described on our pricing page. We may adjust free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until then.

Refunds. We offer a refund within 7 days of a subscription renewal if you have not generated reports in that billing period. Contact hello@clearthesis.ai. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Price changes. We will notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before any price increase.

We work with reputable financial data providers but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data in ClearThesis reports. Financial data is complex, and errors in source data propagate to our reports.

AI-generated analysis reflects patterns in training data and may contain factual errors, outdated information, or analytical mistakes. Do not make investment decisions based solely on a ClearThesis report.

If you believe a report contains a significant factual error, please report it via the feedback button on the report page or email hello@clearthesis.ai.

The ClearThesis platform, brand, design, and underlying systems are owned by ClearThesis and protected by intellectual property law.

Report content is generated by AI and based on publicly available information. You own the reports you generate for your personal use. We retain a licence to use anonymised, aggregated patterns from usage to improve the service.

Financial data underlying reports is sourced from public regulatory databases and third-party financial data providers, and is subject to their respective terms.

ClearThesis is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Report data is accurate, complete, or current
• AI-generated analysis is correct or fit for any particular purpose
• The service will meet your specific investment needs

ClearThesis is not liable for any investment losses or financial damages arising from your use of or reliance on our reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearThesis's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@clearthesis.ai.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. We will not terminate accounts without reason.

On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
